We have a no return and no refund policy, which means you will not be able to return any items after purchasing from our website nor will you be able to get a refund. All sales are final. We will only accept a return IF there is a mistake or issue on our end. If their is a mistake on our end we will allow a return BUT the order must be shipped back to us shipped within 3 business days of you receiving the order and we must receive a tracking number showing that you shipped within 3 business days. Anything shipped after 3 business days will NOT be accepted and we will NOT refund you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an issue occurs on our behalf, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for the issue to be resolved. After the 7 day time period has passed, nothing can be done for your order due to the limited quantity of items.
Customer Discretion
Please read all descriptions of our products carefully. The shipping time is usually reported along with any defects or alterations of the products compared to the picture. We are not responsible if you do not read the description of the products before purchasing incase of any manufacturing errors.
All orders are to be shipped within time fame we put in the description of each product.
Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding all national calendar holidays.
Once all orders are shipped and have left our facility, we are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. We will not issue any refunds regarding this either.
